Create art independently for your health and well-being, using various mediums. This could include painting, drawing, gel plate printing, collaging, art journaling, altered books, etc. Bring your own project to work on or let us suggest one using art supplies from our studio. An additional donation to help offset some of the cost for materials is appreciated but not required.
Open to all adults, including those with physical disabilities, recovering from mental health issues or addictions, and those on the autistic spectrum. Everyone who comes will have the opportunity to make something and then be encouraged (by choice, not demand) to engage in meaningful conversations to share what what we’ve made, find things in common with others, and learn more about ourselves and the world around us.
