There is no drawing skill required and no pressure to create something perfect. The focus is on exploration, ease, and learning through the process. A welcoming, beginner‑friendly introduction to art journaling designed for anyone who is brand new, feels unsure about art materials, or believes they’re “not creative.” This slow, supportive session focuses on exploration, ease, and learning through a simple creative process—no experience required.

An introduction to art journaling is a gentle, accessible creative practice. This session emphasizes curiosity, comfort, and permission to begin without pressure or expectation.

This class teaches you how to use words and images to document your days, explore your thoughts, and build a meaningful creative routine. Whether you want to reduce stress, spark inspiration, or develop a consistent journaling habit, Art Journaling offers a flexible and accessible way to express yourself.

In this workshop, you’ll learn simple techniques for daily, weekly, and monthly journaling, making it easy to fit creativity into any schedule. You can experiment with pens, paints, collage materials, and more as you discover your unique artistic style. Art journaling is both meditative and energizing — a grounding practice that supports emotional well‑being, mindfulness, and self‑reflection. No artistic experience is required; every page is an opportunity to explore and play.
