Experience Creative Connection & Mindful Art
Join us for a gentle late-summer mandala dot painting experience on natural sea shells. In this calming, hands-on class, you’ll create a delicate mandala design using a limited light color palette of warm white, cream, pale sand, soft aqua, pearl, and optional touches of antique gold.
This peaceful session invites you to slow down, notice the natural beauty of the shell’s surface, and build your design one small dot at a time. We’ll focus on soft color, negative space, gentle contrast, and simple patterns that allow the shell itself to remain part of the finished piece. No prior art experience is needed. All are welcome.
What to Expect
Gentle, step-by-step guidance in mandala dot painting techniques
An introduction to dotting tools, paint consistency, and working on shell surfaces
Tips for light color harmony, spacing, pattern planning, and finishing touches
All supplies provided: natural sea shells, acrylic paints, dotting tools, and protective sealant
