In this hands-on class, you’ll learn to create charming Victorian Pocket Puzzles— Folded paper “wallets” that reveal hidden messages or images as you open each flap. Typically small, interactive paper or card puzzles that were popular in parlors and pockets during the 19th century. Perfect for crafters, history enthusiasts, and anyone who loves a creative challenge!

 What You’ll Experience:

  • A brief history of Victorian pocket puzzles and their cultural significance

  • Step-by-step guidance on designing and assembling your own puzzles

  • Tips for embellishing your creations

 By the end of the class, you’ll take home:

  • Several completed pocket puzzles, ready to amuse friends or serve as unique gifts

  • The skills and inspiration to design your own puzzles at home

No prior crafting experience is necessary—just bring your curiosity and enjoy a creative journey into the past! All materials will be provided.
