Did you know that the repetitive, rhythmic nature of knotting helps to reduce anxiety, calm stress, and encourages a state of mindfulness? Why not join us for a relaxing, creative session where you’ll learn the art of knotting while creating your own custom-scented aromatherapy accessory! In this beginner-friendly workshop, you will learn the fundamental knots to create a beautiful, durable keychain, bag charm, or hanging ring for your car or home featuring natural wooden beads designed to hold your favorite essential oils.
No prior art experience is needed. All are welcome.

SPECIAL NOTE: You must register to obtain the access code to the studio as we are in a secure building. Our studio space is only accessible by way of stairs with a railing.
