1/20 – MINDFUL-BASED CREATIVE EXPRESSION MONDAY MORNINGS*

If meditation or exercise are not accessible to you but you want the similar benefits of decreased stress or depression and increased focused attention or self-care support, then this might be a fun alternative for you. This class combines mindfulness with a creative expression practice (art and/or writing) to provide a non-judgmental space for connection, self-loving insight, and reflection. In these 1-hour weekly classes you will be guided through a creative technique or exercise to help you stay present and find peace of mind and balance.
PLEASE NOTE: This is not a substitute for therapy, so please reach out to a therapist or medical provider if you are experiencing ongoing mental health challenges.

In the event of bad weather, class will be cancelled and a make-up day will be scheduled.
